I had no trouble dozing off, but every night between 1:30 and 3:00 a.m. I would awaken (usually to use the restroom) and find it impossible to fall back asleep. Since I've been taking them, I not only fall asleep right away, but I also wake up throughout the night to use the restroom before returning to bed and falling asleep again right away.
